In Matteo Ragni’s manifesto project TobeUs, the same block of wood is transformed into a different toy car each time by cutting along just two lines.

My interpretation is inspired by the steam locomotive used on the Milan-Magenta tramway line since 1897, and nicknamed Gamba de Legn for its proverbial slowness. A small tribute to a glimpse of Milanese history, redesigned as a symbol that nods to the past while looking toward the future.
